Fruity Splash
1/2 banana
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup reduced fat 2% milk
2 teaspoons honey
2 cups fresh pineapple
3 pinches cinnamon
8 ice cubes
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth; serve immediately.

Strawberry Cake Smoothie
1 cup frozen diced mango
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar
Add frozen mango, Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, and half of the 2% milk to a blender. Blend until the mixture starts to become smooth. Add vanilla, sugar and the rest of the milk. Continue blending until smooth. If it is too thick, add more milk until a desired texture is reached.
